SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed within business hours are usually processed within 48 hours
For shipping within Lagos; 1-3 working days
For shipping outside Lagos; 2-5 working days
RETURN POLICY
We only replace items if they were delivered damaged. And for the same item only. Only items returned in its original condition and in original packaging and accessories are eligible for a replacement.
Most items purchased can be returned for exchange within 3days of delivery to the WIGTOOLS FLAGSHIP STORE with a few exceptions due to hygiene reasons
• Hair Extensions, Piercing Equipments, Clippers, Trimmers, and personal effects
• Product/Appliances purchased after 60 days with/without manufacturers warranty cannot be returned to stores.
• You can ONLY return items to WIGTOOLS up to 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty information
Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.
SHIPPING FEE
Please note that our shipping rate are calculated for packages up to 2kg . For packages over 2kg, additional shipping fee will apply based on the weight / size of your package
